Not suitable for families

The room was clean and the staff was friendly enough, but that doesn't make up for the lack of power during a storm. We had three kids including a baby and it was freezing because of the power outage.

The snack area was severely understocked. just a metal rack with a handful of drinks and chips, left me scrounging for something more suitable after a long day. Also, relying on bringing my own dishes for the microwave wasn't exactly ideal, especially when I had to call the front desk just to get those. Poor communication regarding the airport shuttle service led to a $15 cab ride when I expected a seamless pickup.
